🚨 Hiring:
Triage Specialist II | London | 12-Month Contract
We’re looking for a Triage Specialist II to join a fast-paced Product & Technical Support team, working on complex issues across Ads, Commerce and Creator products..
🔹 What you’ll be doing:
• Investigate and troubleshoot complex technical/product issues
• Work with APIs, logs and data to identify and resolve issues
• Support advertisers and act as a technical point of contact
• Translate technical concepts clearly for non-technical stakeholders
• Partner with Engineering, Product and Sales teams
• Identify trends and create scalable SOPs/documentation
• Adapt quickly to new products, features and changing workflows
🔹 What we’re looking for:
• 2+ years in Digital Advertising, AdTech and/or Technology
• Strong technical troubleshooting and investigation skills
• Experience working with APIs and log interpretation
• Customer/client-facing experience
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues simply
• Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing or a related field
📍 Location: London – hybrid, 2–3 days onsite
📅 Contract: 12 months
⏰ Start: ASAP
💼 Working hours: 40 hours/week
