We are looking for an experienced Cisco Telephony & Videoconferencing Team Lead to lead the delivery, support, and continuous improvement of our Cisco Collaboration environment. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with team leadership, taking ownership of Cisco telephony and video conferencing services in a global, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians.
- Act as the senior technical escalation point for complex incidents and major outages.
- Lead Cisco Telephony and Videoconferencing projects from design through implementation.
- Drive Major Incident, Problem Management, and Root Cause Analysis activities.
- Collaborate with customers, Service Delivery Managers, and technical teams to deliver high-quality services.
- Ensure knowledge transfer, technical standards, and operational excellence across the team.
- Maintain and review HLDs, LLDs, procedures, and technical documentation.
- Oversee testing, validation, and implementation of hardware and configurations.
- 5+ years experience in Cisco Unified Communications and Collaboration environments.
- Strong expertise in:
Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) - Strong expertise in:
Unity Connection - Strong expertise in:
Jabber - Strong expertise in:
Cisco IP Phones - Strong expertise in:
Cisco Meeting Server (CMS) - Strong expertise in:
Cisco Tele Presence Management Suite (TMS) - Strong expertise in:
Cisco Video Endpoints - Strong knowledge of SIP and H.323 protocols.
- Experience with VMware v7/v8.
- Proven experience leading technical teams, projects, or service delivery activities.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Kurmi, Telisca, RTMT, Prognosis, Peter Connects WAN/LAN networking and security Systems administration and desktop environments
