This is a hands‑on individual contributor role with scope to shape and grow the support function.

Requirements:

Around 5–7 years’ experience in technical trading support, application support or solutions engineering.
Experience supporting traders at an exchange, trading platform, market maker or bank trading desk.
Strong understanding of APIs, trading systems and the urgency of live‑market issues.
Ability to read code and explain technical concepts clearly.
Comfortable using AI tools and agents to investigate problems.
A proactive, personable approach and confidence in taking ownership.

Crypto experience and basic coding skills, particularly Python, are a bonus.
