• Lead the delivery and oversight of industry advisory projects, ensuring thorough market research, competitive analysis, and data interpretation drive high-quality outcomes.
• Develop and validate actionable insights and strategic recommendations that effectively address complex client or organizational business challenges.
• Drive collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of strategic initiatives and sustained business improvements.
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of advisory reports and documentation, ensuring clarity and impact for senior stakeholders and clients.
