Scrum Master, Change Management, IT Project Manager, Systems Analyst
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Scrum Master to join a specialist insurer undergoing significant business and technology transformation.
With multiple strategic initiatives underway, including the integration of two business brands, major claims modernisation programmes and wider technology change, you'll play a key role in driving Agile delivery across a growing portfolio of projects.
The organisation is committed to embedding Agile ways of working as a core part of its future operating model. As a result, we're looking for someone who not only facilitates delivery, but has a proven track record of coaching teams, influencing stakeholders and helping organisations mature their Agile capability.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies across multiple project teams
- Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles and best practice
- Drive Agile maturity and help embed a culture of continuous improvement
- Remove delivery impediments and improve team effectiveness
- Support Product Owners with backlog management and sprint planning
- Promote collaboration across business and technology teams
- Use delivery metrics to drive performance and transparency
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master within technology or business transformation programmes
- Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum and Agile coaching
- Experience improving Agile maturity within teams or organisations
- Strong facilitation, stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with Azure Dev Ops, Jira, Confluence and Miro
- Specialist Insurance Experience is highly advantageous
- Claims, technology or business transformation experiencePSM, CSM or equivalent certification
- Knowledge of Kanban, Lean and scaled Agile frameworks
