AV Technical Program Manager - onsite

Want to build the boardrooms, broadcast studios and event spaces one of the world's biggest tech companies runs on? You'll own the rollout across EMEA and APAC and make sure every space lands on time.

• Annual Salary up to £85,000 per annum,
• 12-month contract PAYE (Inside IR35) - Paid weekly via Principle HR
• Fully onsite in Central London
• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, 3% pension, and paid overtime beyond 40 hours
• Travel required
• Hands-on work with state-of-the-art AV installations, from simple to seriously complex

• 5+ years in programme coordination, project management or technical deployment
• Hands-on AV/VC deployment experience: room builds, refresh cycles, commissioning
• Strong vendor management and logistics skills
• Experience running several deployments across different sites at once
• A knack for getting facilities, IT, security and vendors pulling in the same direction
• Comfort working across time zones

• Enterprise video conferencing, event production or broadcast environments
• Procurement know-how: POs, BOMs, RFQs
• CTS certification or PMP

• Early call with APAC sites on live rollouts
• Stand-up with vendors, facilities and IT to clear blockers
• Chasing vendor deliverables and sorting schedule clashes
• Walking a newly built space through testing and sign-off
• Keeping trackers, BOMs and status reports sharp for leadership
• Lining up site access and inductions for contractor teams
