Service Now Architect | £70,000 - £120,000 | Hybrid (2 Days Onsite) | UK-Wide

The salary is £70,000 - £120,000, plus funded training and a generous benefits package.

This is a permanent, full-time role. Due to the nature of the work, you must hold a sole British passport and be willing to undergo SC Security Clearance.

What You'll Be Doing

Establishing and enforcing systems design and architectural standards, maintaining best practice and driving these principles throughout the full systems delivery lifecycle
Acting as the recognised Architect/Design Authority, shaping the design of Service Now-based solutions
Owning the development and maintenance of Low- and High-Level Design documentation
Contributing to bids and helping present compelling proposals to prospective clients
Bringing thought leadership and innovative solution ideas to both existing clients and new opportunities

What You'll Bring

Strong hands-on experience in Service Now development and architecture
Proven track record designing and implementing complex Service Now solutions across multiple modules, including custom applications and integrations
Broad experience across the Now Platform, including managing and administering Service Now in SaaS environments
Solid understanding of architectural structures within Service Now SaaS and on-premises environments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with sharp attention to detail
Desirable:
Service Now CSA, any Service Now Implementation Certifications, and ITIL Foundation certification
