Marketing & Customer Analyst London or Leeds (Hybrid, 2 days per week) | Up to £45,000

Looking to move beyond reporting into a more consultative analytics role? This is an opportunity to work across customer analytics, CRM, marketing effectiveness and data strategy projects, helping well-known consumer brands turn data into commercial action.

This specialist analytics consultancy supports a range of leading brands with customer, marketing and data-driven decision making. They combine analytics, strategy and insight to solve commercial challenges across customer acquisition, retention and loyalty. With a collaborative, small-team environment, you'll gain broad exposure and real responsibility from day one.

• Analyse customer, CRM and marketing data to generate actionable insights
• Build and develop Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions
• Use Python, Excel and analytics tools to interrogate and transform data
• Deliver customer segmentation, behavioural analysis and data quality projects
• Support retention, loyalty and customer value initiatives
• Create client-ready presentations and communicate recommendations clearly
• Work closely with strategists to influence business decisions

• Strong commercial experience in analytics, customer insight or marketing analytics
• Experience with in an agency, consultancy or client-facing analytics environment
• Strong Python and Excel skills
• Dashboard development experience, ideally using Power BI
• Ability to translate analysis into clear commercial recommendations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong academic background in a quantitative discipline

• Salary up to £45,000
