Senior​/Lead Analytics Consultant

This is an opportunity to join a high-impact Strategic Data & Analytics team where analytics is embedded directly within the business. You'll work on meaningful commercial challenges, develop analytical products used across the organisation, and play a key role in shaping how data-driven decision-making is delivered at scale.

Their Strategic Data & Analytics team partners closely with senior stakeholders, consultants, and client-facing teams to deliver products that create measurable business value. Rather than operating as a traditional IT function, the team focuses on solving real-world problems through data, analytics, and technology. You'll join a collaborative environment where ownership, innovation, and practical delivery are highly valued.

As a Senior / Lead Analytics Consultant, you will take ownership of analytical products from concept through to deployment and adoption.

Specifically, you can expect to be involved in the following:

• Partnering with senior stakeholders to translate complex business challenges into actionable analytical solutions
• Owning the end-to-end delivery of analytical products, from requirements gathering through to production deployment
• Designing and developing reusable frameworks, libraries, templates, and analytical tools
• Building scalable, maintainable solutions that can be adopted across multiple teams and use cases
• Collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive product adoption
• Contributing to development standards, best practices, and delivery processes
• Reviewing and supporting the work of colleagues within a collaborative team environment
• Working within modern software development and governance frameworks while helping shape future ways of working

The successful Senior / Lead Analytics Consultant will have the following skills and experience:

• Strong commercial experience delivering analytical products that drive business outcomes
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior leaders and non-technical audiences
• Proven experience taking solutions from ambiguous requirements through to sustained business usage
• Advanced Python development skills for analytics, modelling, or data product development
• Experience with analytical application frameworks such as Shiny, Streamlit, Dash, or similar technologies
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices including version control and CI/CD principles
• Experience with tools such as Git, Azure Dev Ops, Docker, Terraform, or comparable platforms
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, consultative mindset

The successful Senior / Lead Analytics Consultant will receive the following benefits:
