6-Month Contract | OUTSIDE IR35 | Hybrid Working
Service Now Architect with experience delivering Telecommunications Service Operations Management (TSOM) solutions required for a long-term project.
You’ll lead solution design and contribute directly to configuration, development and integration, helping improve telecom service monitoring and assurance.
Key responsibilities:- Design and implement TSOM solutions covering event ingestion, alarm correlation and service impact analysis.
- Integrate Service Now with telecom monitoring and operational systems.
- Define CMDB/CSDM service models to support service visibility and impact assessment.
- Guide developers, review technical designs and resolve delivery challenges.
- Strong Service Now architecture experience with practical TSOM implementation experience.
- Hands-on JavaScript development, Service Now configuration and REST/SOAP integrations.
- Understanding of telecom operations, service assurance and CMDB/CSDM.
- Experience with TM Forum APIs, Integration Hub or MID Servers would be beneficial
