Civica CX Technical Specialist | Contract / Fractional | Remote (UK)
I'm working with a Housing Association looking for an experienced Civica CX Technical Specialist to support an ongoing transformation and system optimisation programme.
Key areas of expertise:- Strong hands‑on technical experience with Civica CX.
- Asset Management and/or Resident Portal implementation and configuration.
- APIs, integrations, troubleshooting and system enhancements.
- Experience supporting Civica CX upgrades, testing and technical delivery.
- Previous experience working within the social housing sector.
Contract: Interim / Fractional – flexible days per week considered
Location: Remote, UK-wide
Rate: Dependent on experience
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Civica CX contractor to make a tangible impact on a business-critical transformation programme.
