This company is a Workflow & AI Orchestration Specialist. They're on a mission to modernise how public sector organisations manage casework, derive insight from data and deliver citizen services. They operate across two pillars:
1) advise and Implement to provide end to end technology solutions that integrate cutting edge orchestration and
2) agentic AI capabilities. They're growing fast and looking for bright, dynamic people to help build their business.
They're looking to hire a Technical Solutions Consultant (AKA Solutions Architect / Solution Engineer) with a focus on Workflow & Orchestration.
Their successful candidate will be someone that is technically capable and credible (e.g. architect, developer, data scientist, technical business analyst) that they can deploy into the early stages of an engagement (or as part of their business development efforts) to advise on the orchestration/workflow aspect of their tech stack, help navigate the vendor market and act as a key person in and around delivery.
Crucially, you'll need to be dynamic, personable, have excellent communication skills, passionate about technology and enjoy being client facing. Ideally, you will have encountered some enterprise or open-source workflow/orchestration products before, but soft skills and general technical credibility are more important. They will expose you to their specific technologies when you join.
