Grow your SEO career where SEO and AI actually merge
There's potential hiding in every search. We built the technology to find it - and now we're looking for an SEO Executive to help our teams unlock it for some of the UK's biggest ecommerce and retail brands.
We're Media Vision - a multi award-winning agency, and proudly, privately owned. No network to answer to, no decisions made three timezones away. Just a team that builds what our clients actually need and moves at the speed of a genuinely independent business.
Last year our proprietary Metis platform was named European Search Software of the Year. This year, we were recognised as one of the Best Places to Work. None of that happens by accident - it happens because we hire people who want to do SEO differently, and we give them the tech, training and support to do it.
Metis was built AI-native from day one:
- Metis Trends gives us and our clients real-time consumer demand signals - what people are searching for and where the gaps are.
- Metis Accelerate gets category page content generated, approved and published straight to a client’s platform - no waiting on the dev backlog.
- Metis Maestro does the same at product level, governing titles, descriptions, metadata and feed data across every SKU.
For an SEO Executive, that means less time on manual busywork and more time learning how great SEO is done, on brands people actually know.
The roleYou'll ideally have one to two years' SEO experience, either agency-side or in-house for an ecommerce brand, so you understand how a trading environment works. You'll have hands-on experience with keyword research, keyword gap analysis, on-page optimisation and internal linking, a good technical understanding of what affects crawlability, and experience with some of the tools we use, such as Semrush, SE Ranking, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog and Excel.
You'll report to an SEO Manager and work closely with our Content and Digital PR teams, so strategies are cohesive and results-driven. We're growing our SEO team to match a growing client base, so progression here is real, not just a title - typical time at this level is around one year before stepping up to Senior SEO Executive.
