Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage claims from initial report to settlement, ensuring a market-leading approach that aligns with business needs.
• Actively monitor claims to establish accurate early reserve estimates and ensure valid claims are settled promptly.
• Ensure all claims handling processes comply with my client's procedures, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
• Foster a culture of open communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement by sharing knowledge.
• Provide support by stepping in for the claims manager and senior team members when required.
• Offer specialist expertise to clients and the business to enhance decision-making.
• Deliver claims insights and thought leadership through analysis and formal reporting.
• Collaborate with underwriters to create a compelling value proposition.
• Build and strengthen relationships with broker partners.
• Drive claims team strategic objectives and contribute to business modernisation efforts.
• Ensure adherence to delegated claims procedures and oversight.
• Act as a company ambassador, enhancing my client's reputation in the market.
