We are working with an established insurance brokerage who are looking to appoint a Private Clients Account Executive to join their team.

This is an opportunity for an experienced private client professional to manage and develop a portfolio of high-net-worth (HNW) clients
, working across both existing relationships and new business opportunities.

The role will have a strong focus on delivering a high level of service to clients, while also developing relationships with introducers and referral partners to support continued growth.

• Manage a portfolio of HNW private clients, acting as the main point of contact for day-to-day requirements.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and introducers.
• Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments, new business and general client queries.
• Develop and manage relationships with introducers, ensuring they receive a high level of service and regular communication.
• Understand clients' individual circumstances and insurance requirements, providing a tailored and personal service.
• Identify opportunities to develop existing accounts through additional covers and products where appropriate.
• Work closely with insurers, underwriters and internal teams to ensure client requirements are handled efficiently.
• Support new business opportunities from initial enquiry through to placement and onboarding.
• Conduct regular client reviews and ensure accounts are proactively managed.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all activity is carried out in line with regulatory and internal requirements.

• Previous experience within Private Clients / HNW insurance is essential.
• Experience working in a retail, direct-to-client environment would be highly beneficial.
• Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust with both clients and introducers.
• Confident managing a portfolio of clients and handling renewals, adjustments and new business.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Commercially aware, with the ability to identify opportunities to grow existing relationships.
• A professional, personable and client-focused approach.
• Experience working with introducers or referral partners would be advantageous.
