About the job Japanese Speaking Back Office Agent with AI - On-Site in North West GermanyLocation: North West Germany (near Dortmund and Düsseldorf)
Start Date: As soon as possible
Relocation Support: 2 months accommodation + up to 250euro travel reimbursement
Signing Bonus: 3,000euro (1,500 after 3 months + 1,500 after 6 months)
We are looking for native or fluent Japanese speakers with a bachelors degree to join our team working with new AI technologies.
This is not a content moderation role instead, you will work as an AI evaluator, creating and reviewing written prompts and conversation flows that help improve advanced speech-based systems.
- Valid work permit for Germany or EU passport
- Strong writing and analytical skills
- Comfortable working on-site with different types of content
- Modern office with wellness & leisure areas
