Purpose of the Role
Perform service activity strategies on an assigned geographical territory while integrating digital services to ensure best-in-class customer satisfaction.

Technical degree, diploma, or certification at High School (or similar work experience).
Experience:
Solid Technical Experience on Laboratory instruments and field activities of his/her Business Field, and on digital tools as network connectivity and CRM.

Competencies:
technical knowledge of water purification system ranges, troubleshooting skills on water purification system ranges, water chemistry.
Additional
Skills:
Familiar with Service concepts, practices, and procedures in an ISO environment. Data analysis and graphs interpretation using MyMilli-Q. Strong organizational skills (good time management, maintain work areas clean and organized, and problem-solving skills). Customer oriented. Communicate with internal and external partners in a professional manner. Team player and Learning agility.
