Accuflex - Commercial Contracts Paralegal

We are looking for paralegals with a minimum of 12 months experience in commercial contracts to join our database and help match qualified candidates to opportunities across a diverse range of law firms and in‑house teams.

This position does not involve a specific current posting. It provides the chance to be considered for short‑term, interim, or permanent paralegal roles, including placements with boutique firms and large multinational organisations in sectors such as finance, media, technology, and pharmaceuticals.

• Law degree or equivalent (LLB/GDL or SQE1) is beneficial and may open further opportunities.
• Minimum 12 months of previous paralegal experience covering commercial law and commercial contracts.
• Strong core competencies: highly organized, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, technological proficiency, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, emotional intelligence, commercial acumen, proactive, curious, entrepreneurial.
• Experience reviewing and drafting a range of commercial contracts, including service agreements, NDAs and supplier agreements.
