Litigation Solicitor; Motor Claims

Our innovative and fast-growing client is looking to hire an experienced Litigation Solicitor with motor claims experience to join their brand-new law firm.

• Managing an independent litigation caseload from instruction to resolution
• Providing clear, commercially focused legal advice to clients
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex legal documents
• Representing clients in negotiations, mediations and court proceedings
• Ensuring files and processes meet strict regulatory and risk standards
• Contributing to the development and growth of a modern legal practice

• Qualified Solicitor of England & Wales with a current practising certificate
• Strong litigation experience across small, fast and intermediate tracks
• Motor claims litigation experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Commercial awareness and sound judgement
• Ability to juggle multiple cases and deadlines confidently
• Strong legal research, drafting and analytical skills
