Job Overview

My client is a dynamic boutique law firm specialising in all aspects of commercial and residential property. Their close-knit team is based in modern, spacious offices in North East London.

• Residential sales and purchases
• Drafting and negotiating residential leases
• Residential "management" work
• Secured lending

• Minimum of two years total property law experience. Candidates with both commercial and residential experience are preferred; candidates with only one type will also be considered.
• Strong technical ability.
• Commitment to delivering high quality legal advice and service to clients.
• Disciplined and organised.
• Hard working and diligent.
• Effective communication skills.
• Motivated, "can-do" attitude.
• Team player but also able to manage own case-load without supervision.
• Ability to work accurately and quickly under pressure.

• Full-time role with salary at market rate, depending on experience.
• Some flexible/hybrid working may be considered following a three month probationary period during which you will be expected to be fully office-based while you settle in.
