Legal Assistant - Tax

Ryder Reid Legal is partnering exclusively with a leading US law firm to recruit a Legal Assistant for its expanding London tax practice.

This newly created position is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious law graduate with some administrative experience and a genuine interest in tax and legal technology.

The successful candidate will support a busy and growing practice group, combining administrative, organisational, and substantive legal support. The role offers meaningful exposure to complex international tax matters and the chance to take on increased responsibility and make the role their own!

• Prepare, revise and manage client documents and correspondence with a high level of accuracy.
• Maintain organized files, records and reference materials to support efficient workflow.
• Conduct targeted legal research and review relevant tax materials as directed.
• Anticipate the needs of Partners and Associates by understanding team workflows.
• Act as a point of contact for incoming communications, ensuring timely follow‑up.
• Use and champion legal technology tools, identifying opportunities to streamline processes.
