We are currently working with the top-tier private equity practice of a leading US law firm in London.

The team advises major private equity sponsors on high-value, cross-border transactions, acting on complex deals across a range of sectors and working closely with market-leading finance and advisory teams.

The team is keen to engage with bright and ambitious junior corporate lawyers who are looking to build a career specialising in private equity. Associates benefit from early responsibility and exposure to a consistent flow of big ticket transactions.

Applications are welcomed from lawyers with 1+ years’ PQE, ideally trained at a top-tier City or international firm. Some private equity exposure would be beneficial, although candidates with a broader corporate background in their early post-qualification years may also be considered.
