Award winning developer who builds bespoke design properties is seeking a Materials Buyer to join their busy growing office. The developer is entrepreneurial, opportunistic and delivers high quality houses in the South East.

• Maintain and leverage established supplier contacts to secure the best prices for materials.
• Negotiate with suppliers to achieve cost efficiencies while meeting project timelines and quality standards.
• Evaluate current procurement systems and processes and recommend improvements to maximise efficiency and value.
• Collaborate with site teams, designers and project managers to ensure material procurement supports program delivery.

• Proven experience as a materials buyer within a residential developer environment.
• Strong network of materials suppliers and demonstrable track record of obtaining competitive pricing.
• Good negotiation skills and a proactive, results‑driven approach.
• Ability to assess current procurement processes and implement efficiency improvements.
