Summary:
We are working with a fantastic SME business that genuinely values its people and is looking to appoint an experienced Head of Supply Chain to join its growing team. This is a broad and influential role for a commercially minded supply chain professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, making decisions, and driving improvements. You will take ownership of key supply chain activities while leading and developing a team and working closely with internal and external stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is confident making decisions quickly, comfortable challenging existing processes, and capable of taking ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the supply chain team, creating a high-performing and collaborative culture
• Manage end-to-end supply chain activities across demand planning, forecasting, purchasing, inventory, and supplier performance
• Develop accurate demand forecasts and ensure supply plans align with business requirements
• Analyse demand trends, customer requirements, and historical data to improve forecast accuracy
