Supply Chain/Logistics
Supply Chain & Logistics, Ecommerce, Wholesale
An established luxury fashion brand is entering an important new phase of growth. The business is small with a start-up energy while being backed by a major investor. Therefore, this will suit someone happy to take ownership and step outside a narrow remit when needed.
The business has recently appointed a strong new 3PL partner and is now looking for the right person to manage that relationship while bringing much greater clarity to stock across the business.
This is a broad, hands-on role across inventory planning and logistics.
Working closely with Production, Wholesale, Ecommerce and Finance, you’ll monitor stock levels, identify shortages or excess, support replenishment decisions and make sure product is in the right place to maximise sales.
You’ll also manage the day-to-day relationship with the 3PL, oversee stock accuracy and logistics performance, and identify potential issues early, from delivery delays to changing international requirements.
You’ll have experience within luxury or premium fashion across inventory planning and logistics.
You’ll be commercially minded, highly organised and comfortable working with sales and stock data, managing a 3PL and working across multiple sales channels - wholesale, retail and ecommerce.
Most importantly, you’ll be proactive, practical and good at spotting problems before they become bigger ones.
IMPORTANT:
This role is based in the London office - the team are in every day during this important growth period so there is no hybrid or remote offer right now. Candidates must hold the right to work in the UK - there is no visa sponsorship on offer.
