Operations Coordinator

We’re looking for an Operations Coordinator to join a fast-paced international retail business supporting wholesale operations across the UK and international markets.

Sitting between Sales, logistics partners and the warehouse, you’ll help keep customer orders moving smoothly from order through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate wholesale orders and deliveries across multiple markets

• Work closely with Sales, warehouses, 3PLs and carriers

• Track shipments and resolve stock, order or delivery issues

• Support international shipping and export documentation

• Maintain accurate order information and operational reporting

• Coordinate returns and other day-to-day operational requirements

What we’re looking for:

• 2–3 years’ experience in logistics, supply chain, wholesale operations or order management

• Fashion, apparel or consumer goods experience preferred

• Good ERP and Excel skills

• Strong organisation and attention to detail

• International shipping/export experience advantageous
