We look for enthusiastic, proactive people to join our maintenance team. Working in small teams (typically two), you will help maintain some of the most interesting green walls in London, including Lord’s Cricket Ground and 20 Fenchurch Street. Full training is provided, and horticultural maintenance experience is desirable.

• Regular maintenance of hydroponic and soil‑based living walls, including pruning, weeding, replanting, and maintaining irrigation systems.
• Assisting with Christmas tree installations (November – January).
• Monday–Friday with occasional weekend or evening work available (overtime rate).
