Head of Maintenance

The Head of Maintenance will be responsible for the upkeep, repair, and preventive maintenance of all venues, ensuring facilities are fully operational, safe, and compliant. This includes managing day-to-day maintenance issues, coordinating with external contractors, and implementing systems to maintain high standards across the venues. You will be responsible for both building fabric and equipment and will need to build relationships with key specialist supplier and contractors.

• Oversee all venue maintenance needs, both reactive and preventative.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from venue teams.
• Diagnose, prioritise, and resolve issues to minimise downtime.
• Maintain and update maintenance schedules and logs.
• Lead small-scale maintenance and refurbishment projects.
• Coordinate and supervise external contractors and tradespeople.
• Ensure works are completed on time, within budget, and to high standards.
• Manage tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies.
• Monitor condition of critical infrastructure (e.g., HVAC, kitchen equipment, lighting).
• Liaise with suppliers for parts and service contracts.
• Work closely with venue managers to support operational needs.
• Provide guidance on maintenance best practices and equipment use.
• Support the opening of new sites with fit-out and setup support.
• We are looking for a dynamic Head of Maintenance with a sense of urgency and excellent people skills. You will lead, develop and deploy a team of 3 technicians and remain hands‑on across the estate. This is all about using your common sense and taking pride in these gorgeous restaurant assets. We do want someone who will go the extra mile and who has multi‑site hospitality experience in their locker.
