Ensure all equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order, meeting all agreed SLAs. Build knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area, cleaning schedule and all cleaning equipment and chemicals used on the premises while following Health and Safety requirements. Undertake all required training to deliver the cleaning role. Work within a team and be able to work independently.

Build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, delivering excellent customer service and seeking ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.

Ability to communicate and read basic English. Previous cleaning experience desirable but not essential. Flexible and open-minded approach to the role. Open, honest, self-driven and determined. Reliable, hardworking and with a professional attitude.
