You will carry out PPM's and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance and general building maintenance tasks. The role involves working for a large maintenance company on a brand‑new corporate commercial office & laboratory contract on behalf of a large property management company. My client is looking for 2 × Electrical Maintenance Engineers with experience in building services to work in a high‑profile corporate head office.

4 on 4 off Shift Days & Nights – 07:00am – 19:00pm / 19:00pm – 07:00am.

• Apprentice Trained
• Electrical – City & Guilds Level 2 and 3 or Equivalent
• 17th/18th Edition
• Client Facing
• Commercial Building Maintenance Experience

• Basic Salary of up to £58,400 (£53,000 + 5.4K Shift Allowance)

• Electrical and Mechanical PPM's and reactive maintenance

• Air conditioning & chillers, pumps, motors & variable speed drives
• Working on large blue‑chip company commercial offices
• Work as part of a small maintenance team to deliver a great service to the client
