Mobile Cleaning Supervisor; Temporary Cover

We are currently seeking a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to provide temporary cover from May 28th for a minimum of 1 week. The role is Monday to Friday, 7 hours per day, with a flexible start time between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM (finishing between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM accordingly).

As this is a mobile role, the successful candidate will be expected to travel between multiple client sites in London. This position is best suited to someone highly organized, adaptable, and confident in leading teams across various environments.

• Travel to and supervise daily cleaning operations across various Central London locations
• Support, guide, and motivate cleaning teams to deliver consistently high standards
• Conduct quality checks and ensure all health & safety and COSHH standards are met
• Liaise with clients and report any site needs or incidents to management
• Provide cover cleaning if needed and ensure smooth shift handovers
• Keep records of attendance and stock usage where required

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a cleaning supervisor role
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English
• Ability to lead and support teams across different locations
• Valid DBS check
• Solid understanding of COSHH and health & safety practices
• Flexibility and reliability are essential
