A dependable and hardworking Welfare Cleaner is required to work on a busy construction site in London. The successful candidate will maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene within all welfare facilities, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for site personnel.

• Clean site welfare facilities, including toilets, changing rooms, drying rooms, canteens, offices, and meeting rooms.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize all welfare areas.
• Replenish consumables such as toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, and cleaning supplies.
• Empty bins and remove waste in accordance with site procedures.
• Conduct regular checks throughout the day to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or supply shortages to site management.
• Follow all site health and safety regulations and company procedures.
• Ensure welfare facilities are clean, tidy, and ready for daily use by site operatives.

• Previous cleaning experience, preferably within construction or commercial environments.
• Good understanding of cleaning methods and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude.
• CSCS Card required.
• Right to work in the UK.
