• Maintain facilities, ensuring residents enjoy a safe and comfortable environment.
• Implement health and safety procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues efficiently and with precision.
• Communicate warmly and respectfully with residents, families, and colleagues.
• Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks, respond promptly to requests, and maintain a positive work environment.
• Apply prior maintenance or handyman experience and a proactive, can‑do attitude to tackle tasks both big and small.
• Use intermediate IT skills, including Microsoft Word and email, to support administrative tasks.

• Experience in a maintenance role or strong handyman skills.
