Working Pattern:
Monday to Friday, mainly 09:00–18:00, however occasional early shift checks and late shift checks may be required.

Senior Cleaning Supervisor – Corporate Office | Central London

We are looking for an experienced and hands‑on Senior Cleaning Supervisor to lead our team within a prestigious corporate office in Central London. We are looking for a leader who is humble enough to clean a washroom, confident enough to challenge poor performance, professional enough to build lasting client relationships, and passionate enough to inspire others every day. This is not a desk‑based management role.

The supervisor leads by example, supports the team on the floor, and is happy to step in and carry out cleaning duties when required.

• Lead, motivate and develop the cleaning team.
• Maintain exceptional cleaning standards across the site.
• Build strong relationships with the client and deliver excellent customer service.
• Carry out quality inspections and resolve issues promptly.
• Support the team with operational cleaning when required.
• Complete audits, reports and daily administration.
• Ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed at all times.

• Previous supervisory or management experience within cleaning or facilities management.
• Positive, approachable and professional leadership style.
• Confident communication with both clients and colleagues.
• Patient, supportive and able to coach the team.
• Decisive, including the ability to say "no" when necessary.
• Calm under pressure and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Good IT skills and excellent spoken and written English.
