Position

Senior Service Engineer – CCTV & Electronic Integrated Security

Responsible for engineering, maintenance, technical support and lifecycle management of a portfolio of CCTV, Access Control, and Integrated Security systems across South and East London. The successful candidate will manage their own area, ensuring clients receive a high standard of service whilst maintaining operational and technical performance across key accounts.

• Service, maintain, fault‑find, and repair CCTV, Access Control, and Integrated Security systems.
• Manage the technical and operational lifecycle of assigned client accounts within the designated area.
• Plan and organise your own workload and diary to ensure service levels are maintained.
• Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance visits across commercial sites.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted technical point of contact.
• Support system upgrades, technology refreshes, and implementation of new IP‑based security solutions.
• Work closely with the Operations Support Team and Senior Management to ensure customer satisfaction and account performance.

• Proven experience within the Electronic Security industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, and integrated security systems.
• Experience working with IP‑based security technologies.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Reliable, trustworthy, self‑motivated, and committed to delivering high standards of service.

  South / East London
• Basic salary £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience.
• Uncapped commission scheme with realistic OTE of £45,000 - £55,000.
