Site Supervisor

Site Supervisor – Specialist SEN School – Newham

Full Time | 36 hours per week | 52 weeks

Remedy Education are working with a fantastic specialist SEN school in Newham who are looking for a reliable, proactive and experienced Site Supervisor to join their team on a permanent basis.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with a background in site management, facilities, premises, maintenance or caretaking who takes pride in keeping a school site safe, secure and well maintained.

The school supports pupils with autism and complex needs, so they are looking for someone who is calm, professional, hands‑on and happy to play an important role in creating a safe and welcoming environment for pupils, staff and visitors.

• Opening and closing the school site
• General maintenance, repairs and site checks
• Health & safety checks and compliance
• Supporting with security, contractors and deliveries
• Ensuring the school is clean, safe and well presented
• Occasional evening or weekend work when required

• Experience in a school, site, facilities or maintenance role
• Good practical maintenance skills
• A proactive and reliable approach
• Strong communication skills
• A good understanding of health & safety
• A willingness to support a busy SEN school environment
