Signature Senior Lifestyle Limited in Hornchurch is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to keep our luxury care home functional and safe. You will maintain, repair and improve the home, responding to maintenance requests and offering preventative maintenance advice.
Responsibilities include PAT testing, keeping accurate records, and adhering to health and safety guidelines to minimise disruption for residents. This is a full‑time role with a 40-hour week and weekend flexibility.
