Site Maintenance Manager
Location:
St Paul's, London
Salary: £58,000 - £60,000
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Maintenance Manager to join a leading building services provider on a large commercial site based in St Paul's, London.
This is a hands-on management position overseeing the day-to-day delivery of all planned and reactive maintenance across the site. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the engineering team, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring the contract is delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with service level agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the on-site engineering team and specialist subcontractors.
- Oversee all planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance activities.
- Act as the main point of contact for the client and attend regular meetings.
- Ensure statutory compliance and health & safety standards are maintained.
- Manage permits, RAMS, audits, and compliance documentation.
