This role offers a professional, client-facing environment with a focus on maintaining and optimising electrical and mechanical systems.
Key duties include carrying out PPMs and reactive maintenance across LV systems, lighting, UPS and generators, and using BMS/CAFM systems to monitor performance and close out tickets.
