Location: City Of London
Alex Young Recruitment Limited is seeking a temps Maintenance Supervisor for a 4-month assignment in the hotel sector. You will bring a technical background, manage clients and staff, and have a proven track record in commercial maintenance.
Responsibilities include ensuring all PPMs are carried out, achieving KPI targets, and documenting compliance across four hotels while overseeing two fabric technicians and coordinating with the client and subcontractors on day-to-day issues.
