CBW is currently recruiting an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to work on a single man site. This role is based within a high-quality office building that has benefited from extensive refurbishment, offering contemporary office accommodation, premium end-of-journey facilities and an exceptional working environment for a range of professional occupiers. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong engineer who enjoys taking full responsibility for a site, delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, contractor management, compliance, and building strong client relationships while maintaining the highest service standards.

What You'll Be Doing

• Taking full responsibility for the day-to-day engineering operations of a prestigious commercial building.
• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across the site's mechanical and electrical services.
• Acting as the main point of contact for the client, building occupiers and specialist contractors, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• Managing and coordinating specialist subcontractors, ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with statutory requirements.
