Anabas is a leading national Facilities Management provider, creating exceptional workplace experiences for corporate clients. We're looking for a proactive, reliable and customer-focused Housekeeper/ Cleaning Operative to join our team at a prestigious client site in St James's, Central London.

Employment vetting clearance is required for this role which includes a DBS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation across the workplace.
  • Clean and refresh offices, meeting rooms, reception, executive areas and high-traffic spaces.
  • Manage general, recycling and food waste.
  • Keep kitchenettes and social spaces clean, tidy and well stocked.
  • Spot-clean carpets and flooring using specialist equipment.
  • Clean and reset meeting rooms after use.
  • Report maintenance, operational and facilities issues promptly.
  • Support the wider Facilities Team with light porterage, including moving furniture, reconfiguring workstations and setting up meeting rooms and events.
  • Assist catering and events teams when required.
  • Provide a professional and helpful point of contact for facilities-related queries.
  • Follow all company, Health & Safety, Equality & Diversity and operational procedures.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning or a similar role.
  • A positive, professional and customer-focused attitude.
  • Reliable, punctual and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good spoken and written English.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible and willing to support wider facilities requirements.
  • Physically able to undertake manual handling and furniture setup tasks. Full training provided.
