deverellsmith is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee the upkeep of a residential building in City of Westminster. You will lead and manage the maintenance team, delegating and supervising tasks for both interior and exterior works to ensure smooth daily operations.
You will ensure compliance with all statutory obligations, oversee resident-reported issues, and guarantee that planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) is carried out with timely remedial action where needed.
