Working Hours: Variable Shift Rota - 08:00 - 16:30 – 40 hours per week

OCS is currently recruiting for a Cleaning Manager to join our passionate and driven team in London on a permanent basis!

• Overseeing and assisting with the scheduled and reactive daily cleaning of the floors, communal areas, stairwells and washrooms (plus other ad hoc areas).
• Managing staff rotas, holiday requests, site audits, recruitment of staff and some HR duties.
• Managing a schedule of periodic cleaning.
• You will assist the team byworking together to provide a fantastic on-site service.
• You will come into regular contact with customers and their clients so it is important that you can assist them if needed and that you can communicate at all levels.

• Previous experience as a Cleaning Manager or similar is essential.
• Experience in staffing, rotas, training and basic HR compliance.
• Experience in managing cleaning team in a corporate environment required.
• Experience in hotels/guest houses preferred.
• Excellent customer service and both written and spoken communication skills.
• Confidence with MS Office and producing and presenting reports.
• You will be able to work to deadlines andprioritiseas well as being flexible with working hours and days.
• Excellent attention to detail required.
