Join us as a Casual Retail Assistant, where you'll create memorable matchday moments for every fan.

• Serve guests with energy, warmth, and efficiency.
• Deliver food and beverages (including alcohol) quickly and professionally.
• Work as part of a passionate team to keep the operation running smoothly.
• Handle payments and transactions accurately.
• Support kiosk set up and clean-down before and after events.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A friendly, approachable personality and the ability to work well with others.
• The ability to stay calm, focused, and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and event days.
• Must be 18 or over due to alcohol service.
