Mobile Maintenance Operative
North London
£35,000 per annum
Options Resourcing are currently recruiting for a Mobile Maintenance Operative to join a well-established maintenance team, covering a portfolio of retail sites across North London.
This is a great opportunity for a hands‑on maintenance professional who enjoys variety, working across different sites and no two days being exactly the same.
You’ll be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across multiple retail stores, helping to keep each site safe, operational and maintained to a high standard.
The Role- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of retail stores.
- Complete a variety of general building maintenance tasks and repairs.
- Diagnose faults and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
- Respond to reactive maintenance requests and ensure works are completed to a high standard.
- Travel between stores across North London as required.
- Work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and wider maintenance team.
- Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with company procedures.
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar maintenance or building services role.
- Strong general maintenance and practical skills.
- Previous experience within a retail environment would be beneficial.
- Comfortable working across multiple sites and managing your own workload.
- Good problem-solving skills and a hands‑on approach.
- Reliable, professional and able to work well as part of a team.
- Full clean UK driving licence is essential.
- £35,000 per annum.
- Mobile role covering North London.

- The role will primarily cover North London, so candidates based in or around North London are preferred.
- For mileage purposes, your base location will be the store closest to your home, although you will be expected to travel to other stores across the region when required.
