Maintenance Supervisor

We are recruiting for a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee building maintenance operations at a commercial site in Central London.

• Oversee the day-to-day maintenance operation, coordinating engineers and subcontractors.
• Manage planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across the site.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the engineering team.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health and safety legislation and site procedures.
• Monitor maintenance performance, ensuring jobs are completed within agreed timescales.
• Coordinate contractors and oversee works carried out on site.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, logbooks and compliance documentation.
• Assist with fault-finding and troubleshooting across building services systems.
• Liaise with the client and wider facilities management team to ensure a high standard of service delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve maintenance processes, site performance and service standards.

• Previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor, Lead Engineer or Senior Building Services Engineer.
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial building maintenance.
• Experience coordinating engineers, subcontractors or day-to-day maintenance activities.
• Good understanding of PPM, reactive maintenance and statutory compliance.
• Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive approach with the ability to lead by example and take ownership of site operations.
• Relevant electrical or mechanical building services qualifications are desirable.
