Are you passionate about coffee technology and developing engineering talent? We're recruiting on behalf of one of the world's leading coffee machine manufacturers for an experienced Technical Trainer to play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of service engineers. The Package offers base salary of up to £40k DOE, Monday to Friday, company van with personal use, 10% pension employer contribution, private healthcare, 25 days holiday bank holidays and more.

Key Responsibilities of Coffee Machine Technical Trainer Deliver technical training programmes to service engineers Support the onboarding and development of new engineers Create and maintain training materials and technical documentation Provide hands-on coaching and field-based support Introduce and train engineers on new products and technologies Work closely with service managers to identify training needs and skill gaps Monitor training effectiveness and support continuous improvement initiatives Promote best practice, service excellence, and technical standards throughout the organisation Requirements of Coffee Machine Technical Trainer Experience working on commercial coffee machines ideally bean to cup background, but traditional coffee machine background candidates will also be considered.
A strong engineering or field service background Previous training, coaching, mentoring, or knowledge-sharing experience Excellent communication and presentation skills The ability to engage and inspire engineers at all levels A full UK driving licence Package for Coffee Machine Technical Trainer £38,000 - £40,000 salary Company van with personal use Monday to Friday working pattern 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Private healthcare 10% employer pension contribution 4x salary death in service cover Employee discounts and benefits portal Ongoing training and development with a global market leader If you're a technically minded professional with a passion for coffee machines, engineering excellence, and helping others develop their skills, we'd love to hear from you.
