Maintenance Assistant - £16.00 per hour | London
Looking for your next Maintenance Assistant role? Earn £16.00 per hour with flexible part-time or full-time hours and weekly pay every Friday.
We're looking for a hands-on Maintenance Assistant in London for a two-week assignment starting Monday 19th October. This is a great opportunity to put your practical skills to use in a busy Hotel environment, supporting the upkeep of bedrooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
As a Maintenance Assistant, you'll help keep the property in excellent condition by carrying out a range of general maintenance tasks, including:
Grouting and applying silicone to maintain a clean, professional finish
Painting and decorating bedrooms and public areas
Carrying out general Hotel maintenance duties
Completing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone practical, reliable and ready to get stuck in. You'll ideally have:
Previous experience in maintenance, ideally within a Hotel or similar setting
Experience with painting, decorating, grouting and silicone application
An understanding of planned and reactive maintenance
A flexible, hands-on approach and the ability to work independently
