This Site Assistant post sits within the premises team at Ark John Keats Academy and is a permanent role, open to full or part-time hours across the year. The work centres on keeping the buildings and grounds in good order, covering maintenance, cleaning, security and health and safety. It also includes organising lettings of the academy's facilities and working with contractors.
The start date is 4 January 2027, and visa sponsorship is not available.
- Ensure the academy is a safe, inviting and positive learning environment for students, staff and visitors
- Ensure the highest quality of site maintenance
- Support buildings and grounds maintenance
- Support security arrangements across the premises
- Support cleaning arrangements across the premises
- Support health and safety across the premises
- Support the organisation of lettings of academy facilities
- Support the management of contractors
